This is not a Council meeting, it is a meeting for the Parish electors and is open to everyone.

The Chairman of the Parish Council will give a brief summary of his report. The Chairman’s Report, Financial Report, District and County Council Annual Reports and reports submitted by community organisations will be provided in a printed format. All organisations operating within the community are invited to submit a report on their activities. |
| 4. | Open forum
This is an opportunity for individuals or representatives of community organisations to speak on any subject relating to the Parish. Questions or specific subjects for discussion may be submitted in advance. A panel of Parish, District and County Councillors available to answer any questions. |

Following the conclusion of the Annual Parish Assembly, there will be reception and a vote of thanks to former County Councillor Mrs Compton for her long service for this community, on the occasion of her retirement.
