Please note: due to the current HM Government’s measures for COVID-19, and in accordance with The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020, which came into effect on 4 April 2020, the Parish Council will meet virtually via Microsoft Teams:

If any members of the public wish to attend and make a statement or raise a question at the meeting, they should contact the Clerk before the meeting on clerk@leekwoottonandguyscliffeparish.gov.uk
15 minutes is allowed at the start of the meeting for members of the public to ask questions on any matter relating to the Parish Council’s responsibilities. Members of the public may not take part in the meeting itself and the Parish Council cannot pass a resolution on matters raised during public participation but upon restoration of the standing orders can discuss and agree actions to be taken. Individual members may speak for up to 5 minutes.
