LW&GC PC Comment: Support (The unoccupied Grade II* farmhouse, associated barns and outbuildings have suffered neglect and vandalism for a number of years and the proposals are an exciting plan to bring them back to life and secure their future. We consider the planned conversions and alterations into new homes to be sympathetic to the heritage of the buildings and their position within the landscape. Biodiversity and accessibility to the site have also been sensitively considered.
The Parish Council has noted the objections submitted about the increased usage of the access road (most of which is outside of the parish) being a cause for concern, which it feels may be overcome by improvements by the developer.)
