This is not a Council meeting, it is a meeting for the Parish electors and is open to everyone.

| 3. | Report on 2017/18
The Chairman of the Parish Council will give a brief summary of his report. The Chairman’s Report, Financial Report, District and County Council Annual Reports and reports submitted by community organisations are on display [printed copies available by request from The Clerk]. |
| 4. | Open forum
This is an opportunity for individuals or representatives of community organisations to speak on any subject relating to the Parish. Questions or specific subjects for discussion may be submitted in advance. Guest, David Barber, Head of Development Services, Warwick District Council, will join the panel of Parish, District and County Councillors available to answer any questions. |
| 5. | Closure of meeting |
Following the conclusion of the Annual Parish Assembly refreshments will be served.
All are welcome to stay.
